Thoughts attract actions!

Do you remember anytime or any incident when you said “Jiska dar tha vahi hua”(This was what I was scared of happening) OR “Mujhe lag hi raha tha ki aisa hoga”(I actually thought so before it just happened). I am sure you do remember atleast one of such stances.

I remember such instances too. My younger brother was afraid of cats😸. So he always saw cats anywhere he went, even when no one else did😆

The point is, thoughts though intangible, though invisible, though unknown to others, do have an evident impact on what happens with or around us. Just turn back into a few pages of your life’s story until now and you surely would be able to list out a few such instances in your life too!

Our actions or the actions that surround us are actually a product of our thoughts or thoughts of someone else who is playing a character in our story. As I talk about the stances where you thought “Jo socha tha vahi hua”, you also might have encountered instances where the situation was “Jaisa socha tha vaisa bilkul nahi hua” (It didn’t go as I thought). It simply means that thoughts of someone else in your story overpowered yours. And that’s what we call destiny!

The other day I was reading “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. The book has the power to influence people change their thoughts to turn things around their way. Human beings, the supreme most creation of the world, who also have been able to make machines recognise emotions (Still wonder how the lie detector machine works!) definitely have the power to regulate their thoughts.

Dil mein josh, Aur dimag mein soch ho to, haathon ki lakeeren bhi badli ja sakti hain!

So let’s take over, monitor and direct our minds for what to think and what not to! I have my own experiences of directing my thoughts in a particular direction and then seeing those appearing live in front of me. This blog itself is one of them.

Our minds have supernatural powers if at all we could exercise them in a direction beneficial for self and surroundings both. Thoughts can be any, they might be of love, of hatred, of vengeance, of terror, of humor, of success, of competition, of ego, of sympathy, of empathy, of intelligence, of perseverance, of procrastination, of travel, of past, of future and so on…

We just need to pick the right time, the right way and the right situation for exercising a particular thought.

So if you aspire to be an artist, start thinking of what your first masterpiece would be right now. If you aspire to be a scientist, start thinking what your first invention would be like right now. Before anything you want to be, just start thinking of being and remaining being a human first!

Start thinking of how things would have been, if I had acted differently in a particular situation. Start thinking of how an apology could make difference to a cold relationship. Start thinking of what ways if I mend would make me a better human being. Start thinking of impacting lives of people around you positively. Start thinking of smiling always, what come may! Start thinking of accepting the laws of nature without fiddling with them. Start thinking good of yourself and others irrespective of their caste, creed or color. It is just the indication that your mind has been blessed with a capability of differentiation skills and nothing more than that. And stop judging people other than yourself!

Try any of the above. In case it’s too much to do, take 5 minutes out to reload the thoughts in your mind while you meditate, take a walk or breathe!

Just to quote a recent incident of us…INDIA… winning an Olympic gold. My fellow Indians, it was more than hard work and destiny. It was what the nation’s pride “Neeraj Chopra” thought strongly and expressed four years back. Take a look at his 4 year old tweet.

I believe “hum jaisa sochte hain, vaisa hi hamare saath hota hai or vaise hi hum bante jaate hain” . As we often say for others that “Ye khud aisa hai, tabi doosre ko bhi aisa hi soch raha hai”. “Yatha drishti,Tatha Srishti”.

So I choose to think what I wish to see happen with and around me.I choose to develop my positive thoughts so strong that they tend to influence and impact others around in a positive manner and overpower all other negative thoughts wandering around from here and there every now and then.

I believe thoughts have the power to bring about a change both positive and negative. Just the rudder, matters! And that rudder is you! You may choose to believe and THINK differently though and share your experiences with me so as to enrich mine😊

THINKING of all the best for you…
